Asteria 2025: JIAR Welcomes Freshers with Joy and Style

Jammu, 16 October 2025:
The Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR) hosted its much-awaited Freshers’ Party – “Asteria 2025”, a vibrant celebration to welcome the new batch of students. The event was filled with enthusiasm, laughter, and creativity as seniors warmly greeted the freshers into the JIAR family.

The celebration featured a mix of cultural performances, music, dance, and fun games that showcased the students’ diverse talents. The highlight of the event was the Mr. and Miss Fresher contest, where participants impressed the audience with their confidence and charm.

Dr. Nitin Mahajan, Principal of JIAR, congratulated the organizing committee and encouraged the newcomers to uphold the Institute’s spirit of learning, discipline, and unity. Faculty members and students together made “Asteria 2025” a memorable evening of togetherness and new beginnings.
